Her strengths lie in sales strategy area- within Avon, she has driven growth throughout a group of 17 countries in Central South Europe. At Yves Rocher, as Community Selling & Strategy Director for Eastern Europe, her mission is to develop the concept of Community Selling and design field and digital tools that empower people, enable brand affiliation and generate the feeling of belonging to all the Community members.
