Caio began his career at McKinsey, with more depth to the digital market. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Caio then took on a challenge in the startup Veduca as Head of Operations, participating in the business from its most embryonic stage. His time at Veduca, he began his career at Nubank by structuring and implementing people processes to scale the Customer Experience time. He led the structuring of Nubank’s CX time. Today, Caio is responsible for the 99 Customer Experience time, focused on the quest to delight customers.
