Bachelor in international relations and post-graduate in economics, both from UNESP, she has more than 12 marketing experience, 7 of them dedicated to CRM strategies, loyalty programs and Market intelligence. Currently responsible for Sephora Latam CRM and Multichannel Digital Marketing, she was also an entrepreneur and co-founder of the netpoints loyalty company. It also has different market segments, from the national financial industry, strategic consulting to the luxury and cosmetics market (online / offline). With solid academic trimming, he currently collaborates as an alumni for HEC publications / forums – Haute École de Commerce.
