    Ian Jindal is a consultant, publisher, and consultant in e-commerce and multichannel retail. Ian co-founder and editor-in-chief of InternetRetailing, providing information and research to multi-channel retailers and retailers in Europe (www.internetretailing.net). Ian co-founded RetailX, researching performance in multi-channel retail, brands, and suppliers. In 2015, InternetRetailing launched the UK Top 500 retailer ranking (IRUK) and, in 2016, the first performance-based ranking of European retailers (www.internetretailing.net/iruk) and (www.internetretailing.net/ireu ). Ian's retail customers include Selfridges, House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Asda, Couturelab, Waitrose, De Bijenkorf, Kering, Disney, IKEA and the Walgreens Boots Alliance . Previously, Ian was director of e-commerce group at Littlewoods Shop Direct and head of online operations of the BBC. Ian founded the European eCommerce Forum, is a consultant to eCommerce Europe and author of the UK's first MSc in Internet Retailing.

    Sienne has worked as an agile product lead and innovator within mobile, social media and retail for over 20 years. She joined John Lewis in September 2014 where she manages the digital team who are responsible for the continuous product development, optimisation, trading and operations of John Lewis’ digital experiences across web, apps, contact centres and in-store digital. Sienne has previously headed up mobile and R&D at M&S and worked with global brands such as Samsung, Sony PlayStation and Coca Cola to deliver business growth strategies and innovative new digital products and services. She has delivered a number of UK high street retail firsts: the first transactional mobile website, the first smart TV application for fashion, the first social and mobile gamified Facebook app for donating clothes, the first mobile taste test to help customers find and buy the right wine. She is also a non-executive director for the Financial Ombudsman Service.
