    Bianca Aichinger leads the Customer Success area in Brazil, which is responsible for VTEX’s Key Accounts Growth. Bianca got to VTEX in November of 2018, after spending 3 years ahead of Whirlpool Brazil’s Digital Transformation Initiative. Prior to working at Whirlpool, Bianca built a solid career in product merchandising both in retail and in eCommerce in renowned companies such as Apple and Walmart, both in Brazil and abroad. Bianca holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University os São Paulo, a Master’s degree in Marketing from UPMF in Grenoble (France), and a certificate degree in Management from Harvard University.

During his career in the company, he worked in the areas of Manufacturing, Planning and Finance, in addition to leading the implementation of the Market Operations area in the commercial area (responsible for order fulfillment, demand planning and revenue management). Graduated in Control and Automation Engineering from UFSC, he holds a specialization in administration from FGV-SP (CEAG).

    He is currently E-commerce Manager Sr. at Newell Brands Brazil, responsible for Cadence and Oster projects ( and, as well as marketplaces. He acts in direct sales and definition of digital strategy focused on brandformance. As an entrepreneur, he worked on two of his own e-commerce projects (Starbuy and Taluni). With consulting, founder at Starsources. He was the creator of the e-commerce operation of Cativa Têxtil, worked as consultant and creator of the Pulla Bulla Store operation. He has also worked as a consultant in several projects such as MB Stores, Maria Cristina, Kyly, Abrange Textile, among others. He has 10 years of e-commerce experience, holds a degree in computer science (FURB), an MBA in E-business (FAE) and PDD (Fundação Dom Cabral).

Currently, he is VP Sales & Business Development at VTEX – The True Cloud Commerce Platform. Bachelor in IT by Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo (FATEC), with Post-Graduation in Production Engineering by University of São Paulo (USP), Executive MBA in Sales Management by Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), and Master in Supply Chain Management by Business School São Paulo (BSP). Wrote two books: “IBM TCP/IP for MVS V3R1-Implementation Guide” and “Corporate Sustainability in Brazil: Scenarios and Projects – Diversity in the Supply Chain.
