2. Does VTEXDAY use my personal data? For what purpose?
Yes. Your personal data is required for
(i) register on "VTEX Day Apps", which offer: information about attractions,
schedules and timings of VTEX Day Events; tools for interaction with VTEX Day Events through sending questions or comments; alerts, notifications, and updates
regarding support or service;
(ii) authenticate users of VTEX Day Apps for fraud detection and prevention;
(iii) organize VTEX Day Events, in the context of participant management (registration, account management, answering questions, and technical support) and information technology resource management
(infrastructure, server problem diagnosis, traffic optimization);
(iv) deliver targeted advertising, including through third-party advertising networks; send communications about products, services, promotions, news, events; and
customize VTEX Apps services according to your tastes and interests;
(v) maintain files or records related to VTEX Day Events; monitor compliance
with the Terms of Use of VTEX Day Apps; and to comply with regulatory obligations; and
(vi) for any purpose you authorize at the time of data collection.
3. How does VTEXDAY access your personal data?
1) Through applications that manage ticket sales;
2) Through registrations made by you;
3) By third parties who have received your instructions to register you for VTEX Events
Day; share invitations for you to register for VTEX Day Events; or
mention you in comments, references, photos, audio, and video at VTEX
Day Events.
4. What personal data does VTEXDAY have access to?
Registration data: email, login, password, name, CPF, position, company, city, state, phone,
links to social networks (Facebook/LinkedIn/Google) when you access VTEX Day through
authentication from these services.
Access logs to VTEX Day Apps: IP address, date and time of access, browsing history,
in accordance with the law 12.965/2014.
Data whose use you authorize during the use of VTEX Day Apps, gamification features, and
augmented reality: responses and comments in messages, photos, videos, audios,
participations in forums and surveys, location data, cookies (authentication, preferences, statistics, and monitoring). Your authorization to use this data
may be revoked at any time– however, this could deactivate some of the
functions of the VTEX Day Apps.
Registration data: email, login, password, name, ID number, job position, company, city, state, phone,
links to social networks (Facebook/LinkedIn/Google), when you access VTEX Day through
authentication of these services.

What is the VTEXDAY App?
Services. The vtex day is a platform that enhances communication and relationships
between people and organizes this information through custom apps for your
event.
Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your
access to the application at any time in case of suspected fraud, obtaining benefits or advantage
in an unlawful manner, or for non-compliance with any conditions set forth in these terms
of use, privacy policy, or applicable law. In such cases, no
compensation will be owed to you, and vtex day may initiate appropriate recovery actions
if necessary, as well as take any other measures necessary to pursue and
protect its interests.
Services. Vtex Day is a platform that enhances communication and relationships between people and organizes this information through personalized applications for your
event.

How do I access the VTEXDAY app?
Access. To access vtex day and use its features, you must register.
During registration, you will provide us with personal information, as described in

you are younger, you may use vtex day if supervised by your

accessed by you. If vtex day detects any account created with false information,

out of the reach of third parties, and you will not allow your vtex day account to be used by others. In doing so, the user is responsible for all actions performed on their

of the vtex day content will be considered a violation of vtex day’s copyright and
intellectual property rights.

intellectual property rights) over the service provided by us will remain under the
ownership of VTEX Day.

services and content of VTEX Day, except when expressly granted in these terms of use.
Content download. It is prohibited for the user to download our content with the
intent to store it in a database to be offered to a third party who is not the user themselves. It is also forbidden for the content made available by us to be used to create a

How does VTEXDAY handle the content that you and other users produce?
Content Creation. The Vtex Day may, at its sole discretion, allow you or
any other user to present, upload, post, or make available, on the application, content
or information in text, image, audio, or video format (“user content”).
Prohibited Content. Any user content that is defamatory,
slanderous, injurious, violent, pornographic, obscene, offensive, or illegal is prohibited, as determined
by Vtex Day at its sole discretion, including proprietary information
belonging to other people or companies (e.g., copyrights, trademarks), without the express
authorization of the rights holder, the violation of which will not be the responsibility of Vtex Day.
Content Ownership. Any user content provided by you remains
your property. However, by providing it to Vtex Day, you grant us a worldwide, indefinite, free, and transferable license, with the right to sublicense,
to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publish, and display such user content in all possible formats and distribution channels, without the need for further
notice to you, and without the need for any payment, as long as it is related
to the operation of the platform. Furthermore, access passwords are protected by encryption,
meaning we will be "blind" regarding such content.
Content creation. The vtex day may, at its sole discretion, allow you or any other user to submit, upload, post, or make available on the application, text, image, audio, or video content or information (“user content”).
Prohibited content. Any user content that is defamatory, libelous, injurious, violent, pornographic, obscene, offensive, or illegal is prohibited, as judged by vtex day at its sole discretion, including proprietary information
belonging to other people or companies (e.g., copyright, trademarks) without the express authorization of the rights holder, for which vtex day will not be responsible for any violations.
Content ownership. Any user content provided by you remains your property. However, by providing it to vtex day, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, free, and transferable license, with the right to sublicense,
to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publish, and display this user content in all possible formats and distribution channels, without the need for advance notice to you, and without any need for payment, as long as it is related to the operation of the platform. Furthermore, access passwords are protected by encryption, which means we remain “blind” to this content.

at the sole discretion of Vtex Day, at any time and for any reason, without any
notice to you.

use, you may reject them, but unfortunately, this means you will no longer have

Conflict between provisions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the modifying terms,
the later terms shall prevail concerning this conflict.
Law and forum. These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Any questions and situations not provided for in these terms of use will first be
resolved by the vtex day, and if they persist, they must be resolved by the court of the county
of Londrina, Paraná, with the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be or may become.
Changes. To enhance your experience, the VTEX Day is continuously updated. For this reason, these terms of use may be amended at any time to reflect the adjustments made. However, whenever any modification occurs, you will be informed in advance through the email address provided by you during registration or via a prominent notice in the application. If you do not agree with the new terms of use, you may reject them, but unfortunately, this means that you will no longer be able to access and make use of the VTEX Day. If you continue to use the VTEX Day in any way even after these terms of use have been changed, it means that you agree to all the modifications.
Conflict between provisions. In case of conflict between these terms and the modifying terms, the later terms shall prevail concerning that conflict. Law and jurisdiction. These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any queries and situations not provided for in these terms of use will firstly be
resolved by the VTEX Day and, if they persist, must be resolved by the court of the district of Londrina, Paraná, to the exclusion of any other, no matter how privileged it may be or may become.
